Delete Your Wagamour Account

Wagamour gives you control over your data. If you'd like to permanently delete your account and associated information, you can request it here.

Whether you signed up with an email-only login or an email + password account, you can request deletion using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Wagamour account, please email: hello@wagamour.com

Include the following information:

• The email address you used to sign up
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When we process your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Name
• Email address
• ZIP code
• Dog profile information (breed, age, weight, size, temperament, sensitivities, etc.)
• Uploaded pet or park photos
• Location history associated with your account
• Park check-ins and visit history
• Community contributions (park reports, status updates)
• Preferences and app settings
• AI-generated recommendations and insights associated with your account

Data That May Be Temporarily Retained

For security, fraud prevention, and operational purposes, some system records (such as server logs and diagnostics) may be retained for up to 30 days after your deletion request. These records are automatically purged as part of our retention schedule.

How Long It Takes

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. We'll email you to confirm once your account has been deleted.
