• Weather & environmental insights
• Walk and mobility guidance
• Dog profile personalization
• Community features
• Product recommendations
• Affiliate-commerce links

Wagamour is not a veterinary or medical service.

2. AI Feature Disclaimer

Wagamour uses AI models (Anthropic Claude and Google Vertex AI Gemini) to provide:

• Personalized mobility insights
• Environmental risk analysis
• Park safety guidance
• Dog-specific recommendations

The AI may occasionally produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs.

All AI outputs are informational only.

Wagamour is not responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions.

Users agree that:

• AI insights are not professional or medical advice
• Final decisions about pet care & safety remain with the user

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Provide misleading or false dog data
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Misuse park reporting tools
• Attempt to disrupt or bypass the app's functionality

Users must ensure their uploaded photos do not violate rights or contain prohibited content.

Content Moderation & Enforcement: Wagamour has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to review, remove, or block any user-generated content (including photos and text) that violates these Terms, and to permanently suspend the accounts of users who post such content, with or without notice.

4. Community Contributions

When you upload a park photo, status, or crowd report, you grant Wagamour a non-exclusive license to display, process, and use that content to improve the Service.

You retain ownership of your contributions.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Wagamour participates in affiliate programs with partners like Chewy, Amazon, and PetCare Supplies.

When users click product links:

• Wagamour may earn a commission
• No personal identity data is shared
• Product availability and pricing are controlled by the merchant

6. Limitations of Liability

Wagamour is provided "as is."

We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate AI insights
• Park conditions, safety, or environmental factors
• Third-party product availability
• Affiliate link functionality
• Device or network issues

Users assume responsibility for their pet's safety.

7. Account & Data Deletion

Users may request full account deletion at any time by contacting support@wagamour.com.

Data will be permanently removed, except where legally required to retain.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may:

• Add new features
• Modify existing features
• Remove or retire features

We will notify users of major changes.

9. Governing Law

Wagamour LLC is registered in the State of Delaware. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
